Where to go for a part time MBA or EMBA?

I am a BA with 39% marks. No CAT/GMAT. I am a working professorial in Kolkata with experience of 10 years among which last 4 years as Operations Manager in an educational Institute. I like to take up MBA/EMBA now. What school will be best for me? Better if course fee is below 1 Lac.
