Where would I get admission for civil or IT in BE/B.Tech? I have got 44% in phy., chem., maths in CBSE & need admission in India.

You can take admissions in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I would like to suggest you that you should go for the below colleges which are the best engineering colleges in Dehradun:
