Yes, Candidates from any state are eligible. The domicile certificate will be applicable only for admission in government participating institutes and to claim Reservation. There is no particular residential/domicile requirement to appear in WBJEE.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for WBJEE exam. Maharashtra board is a recognised state board. Exam is conducted only in west Bengal and that is also offline. Some colleges in WBJEE are only for west Bengal domicile students.
