Whether BCA distance education in IGNOU is at par with regular 10+2+3 pattern for employment; suggest any course equal to 10+2+3 regular

I studied 10+2 CBSE; and I work in software industry learnig some languages. Now I am doing BCA in IGNOU (Distance learning). Will it be treated as equivalent to regular 10+2+3 pattern for employment and entry. Is there any course in distance learning which will be considered as equivalent above.
