Whether CA-Inter is considered as "Equivalent to Graduation" and can i apply for any job on the basis of CA-Inter? I observed the latest notification of UPSC mentioning "Degree or it's equivalent". Help me out with a clarification regarding the same.

After Completing CA-Inter that is IPCC/PCC you can go for 1 year articleship & acquire ATC (Accounting Technician Certificate) its worth more than just Graduation
