My daughter has cleared JEE main 2015 this year from Chattisgarh. Her birth is in gujarat and she has cleared 10 th & 12 th ( CBSE board) from Raigarh , Chattisgarh. Whether domicile certificate is essential for getting admission in engineering institutes filling seats based on JEE mainsco

If you take admission based on JEE Main Central Online Counselling, then there is no need for domicile certificate.
Though there is a HOME STATE or HS quota but it is entirely based on the state from which you have passed your qualifying examination (i.e. your 12th boards.) -
Yes it is essential. but you can submit it afterwards.
