whether i should complete my b.com or continue with C.A. articleship??

i m pursuing C.A. course with my bachelors degree. now , i haved cleared ipcc exam in first attempt. i wnt to do my articleship frm mumbai. but the problem is there is some rule which states that college and articleship should be done from the same place. is it true? any way out for me?????

    CA is always better than B com if you clear CA exam then it will be better
