Whether JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Rajasthan is approved for pursuing B.Tech Electrical in Distance Mode??

In this University web portal its mentioned that the admission has been stopped dated after 2009. Now whether I can Join?? If Yes, Whether its approved by UGC, DDE & AICTE. This degree is eligible for Govt. Jobs and may I continue the Higher studies after this degree.

College in which I am studying is also aproved by JRN for Btech in distance learning and regularly provides degree for BTech syudents from along time BUT I dont know whether the specialisation about which you are discussing is approved. I means about Electrical
