    Dear, It depends upon the company policy but most of the top companies will recruit both fresher and experienced but the salary will be depending upon the experience.

    Of course, Yes. Lot of freshers have got placed in many good companies like HCL, CTS, Idea, Zomato, IndusInd bank, Sundaram Finance etc. Also the CTC that they have been offered is good and in par with the Industry standards.
  • Getting placed is completely in our hands. If u have work ex its an advantage, that's all. Without work ex also people get placed in top companies.

    Yes For sure. If you have good academic records. If you will choose college carefully will enhance your communication skill and keep yourself updated and will do good in MBA you can get placed in top companies.
