whether MIT Pune (in association with ADTU) MBA and IIMB MBA are worth for better job prospect and placement?

MIT, Pune is offering distance learning PGDBA and MBA from Assam Down Town University. Like wise, IIMB is offering distance MBA. How do you rate the value of these MBAs as to better job prospect and placement
