    Hi Aishwarya, BIT is much older & more reputed college in Bangalore than RN Shetty. But E&C is much better than Telecom. Even RNS is not bad either. That is also one of the best college (top 10) in Bangalore. In my opinion go with E&C in RNSIT. Keep second choice as Telecom in BIT & last EE in RNSIT for the 3 options you are looking for.

    In my opinion EE in RNSIT is a good option. A lot depends upon your cut off also.The best scheme for you would be to take admission in a college which we can say provisional, that is you take admission in a lower degree and inform the college about your compartment. Then before the last date of admission you can give the college your pass result and you will be transferred to the next higher degree. Check this scheme from some colleges like PES, LPU etc
