Griffith University gives the Graduation certificate which ascertains registration in Australia and New Zealand as an AEP(Accredited Exwecise Physiologist), which is recognised globally

As far as I know, AICTE approves Engineering, Technology, and Management programs. I don't think Bachelor of Exercise Science will fall in that category. So, you need not worry about that.
