whether to join NICMAR pune PGP ACM course or not?is it good?what are future prospects?

i am a graduate in civil engineering from BIT Mesra 2012(76.1%) currently working in Gammon india Limited as GET in planning and billing dept(3 months). i have got into Nicmar pune (ACM) . Aim being to avoid site job and get into office in contracts mngmt, work survey, monitoring etc.Should i join?
