Which 1 year course should I pursue in PG apart from MCA and M.Sc?

I have completed B.Sc in CS with 57 percent marks in 2015.

Dear Ashish, You will not be able to pursue degree course if you wish you go for a one year course. You may pursue PG diploma in computer Science.
