Which acting school is better one and in which city as i live in delhi as per my qualification I am 10+2 what kind of course should i prefer

Is certificate course is fine or should I opt for degree collage I also wants to do a interior Decoration course which is good for me in delhi as you know just doing one thing is not enough in this competitive world.because I have interest in both these fields.
