I do not know too much about which colleges accept MAT and ATMA. But XIMR does not accept these. XIMR accepts MH-CET and CMAT (CMATers get seats through the management quota).
About JBIMS, there is some confusion. Last year there was news that they will no longer accept MH-CET scores and would consider CAT as the main entrance test. However, this year the college page says the DTE Maharashtra page will give them more info on how to get into JBIMS. Dear Shubhadra, JBIMS does accept MAT and ATMA scores and you will fall under the 15% seats reserved for All India Seats, the cutoff for which goes is 99.99%ile. I am not very sure if it will accept May 2016 scores. -
