Which all colleges are accepting JEE Advanced rank in India or somewhere else in the world?

First, let me tell one thing. JEE Advanced is a national level exam so that the scores in JEE Advanced will never be considered in any other country other than India. In India, all IITs take admission via JEE Advanced scores. Other than IITs, the IISTs (Indian Institute of Space Technology) and IISCs (Indian Institute of Science) accept JEE Advanced scores.
