I've scored 171 marks in JEE Advanced with a rank 12655 and have got 97.5% in my 12th standard examination.

First, let me tell one thing. JEE Advanced is a national level exam so that the scores in JEE Advanced will never be considered in any other country other than India. In India, all IITs take admission via JEE Advanced scores. Other than IITs, the IISTs (Indian Institute of Space Technology) and IIS

For IIST and IISC you need to apply through their websites only. They don't come under JEE counselling I think. For IITs you can get through counselling.
