I am sorry, but minimum cut-off for general category candidates or OBC candidate is 75%. Even if you belong to SC or ST Candidates, the minimum cut-off is 65%. You can apply for some private colleges, but if you only want pursue or IIT, I suggest you to go for a drop and give improvement exam of boa

No, improvement exams will be done next year when 12 board exams will occur.

No. You need to have a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 in order to be eligible for pursue's counselling. You did not clear that margin. But you can still go for engineering colleges that intake students on the basis of 12th percentage. Good luck.
