Which all government colleges can I expect with the below scores?

Securing admission in top colleges depends on many things like which stream you want for your education, Reservation quota, entrance performance etc. As per your query, to get admissions in Top govt. colleges is little difficult. One of the things you need to understand here is " many top colleges offer various courses and for each of the courses the criteria is different". There might be chance that you might not able to secure admission in core branches but taking admission in new and lessor known branches is possible.
