Which all universities can I consider for MS (mechanical / industrial) in USA if I have less than 60%, lot of backlogs but good GRE & IELTS?
IELTS-7.5, GRE-296, one year work experience. One paper presented in an international conference, I have interest in mechanical, industrial, robotics, mechatronics, design engineering, mechanical and manufacturing engineering.

Your academic performance is not that strong and GRE and IELTS score wouldn't help you to get admission in good college in USA. If you want to take admission in an average college from USA then Indian colleges are better.
