You can do your higher studies in UK. This will make you employable in EU countries.

For study + work, UK is the best option. The Masters courses are for only 1 Yr thus you save in terms of living expenses. and UK is already well known for technical subjects other than US and Germany. Norway etc are new countries, where education and eduction institutes are not known in other parts
