    IIT Bhubaneswar is better as per my side, because the academic and the college atmosphere is better as compared to Hyderabad. College placement is also more in Bhubaneswar. So, it is the better option.

    IIT-Bhubaneswar is better for pursuing B.Tech in Civil Engineering because IIT-Bhubaneswar provides good quality of civil faculty members, good placements, good infrastructure and good course curriculum.
