Which application forms of various exams and colleges can I fill after the 12th board exams?

After 12th you can fill various forms for admission into different streams. But selection of a good stream solely depends on you.
For MBBS /BDS; you can fill NEET forms
For Engineering; you can fill JEE Mains
Some private universities also conduct separate examinations for various programs.
