which approval I should have to check from Distance University for M.Sc (Physics) thereby I will not face any kind of problem in future.
After M.Sc Physics by distance mode, I should be applicable in regular university for PHD. In that of view how many approvals I should have to check from Distance University, thereby passing certificate from Distance University should be applicable in all regular university and government sector.

You need to check (1) whether university is UGC recognized (2) and DEC approved.

DEC approval is required. DEC is a consortium with representatives from UGC and AICTE
