As of today, lot of reputed B Schools are changing their selection process. It is practically very difficult to mention about the selection process. Lot of B Schools go in for aptitude test, case studies, psychometric tests and so on.

Ishwarya, All good Business Schools,follow a three step selection process: Aptitude test, G.D. and Personal Interview. Although there are few colleges where G.D. has been replaced by Group Task; one such college is MICA, Ahmadabad. Group Discussion is an important criteria for selection as MBA is all about team work, convincing skills, negotiation skills, leadership etc. ; G.D. will help selectors find out the right person with all such qualities. There are lot of coaching centers which conduct mock Group Discussions; you can start attending that; or else you can also start practicing with a bunch of your friends.
