Hi Dhaval,
Although, there are several Institutes giving B.Tech Degree programme, few of which has already been mentioned by Abhishek but giving you any concrete list according to specializations would be difficult. However, few of the others institutes which you may check are: Ahmedabad Institute

All the collegese affiliated to GTU will give B.Tech degrees
