Which are good B-Schools in Maharashtra to pursue MBA in HRM? What are the career prospects after completing the same?

Hi,
MBA in HR is a good choice. Career prospects in HR are pretty good. In HR as the experience grows you earn more. The best past about HR is that you get to different processes and strategies of the companies. My Friend did PGDM in HR from Welingkar and is all praises about their infrastructure,teaching methods,etc. She is working with the same company for the past 4 years. -
Mumbai is a hub of good colleges, for HRM i would say TISS( tata institutes of social science) is the best. i have done my MBA from WELINGKAR Mumbai and placement offered are very well there too. HR has a very hassle free and relaxing job with a equally good pay.
