I think electronic and telecommunication brunch is the most affordable .other wise u can choose chemical engineering.
.
there r few more branches like food processing ,leather processing eng but I think electronic and telecommunication is the best in affordable branches.
.the fees mainly depend on the university that u wanted to read but this branch is common branch which is affordable in every university. -

Please decide as to which country you want to do it in , then decide which University and then go through their admission process and then follow it. If required us the services of a good and reputed consultant in your city as for countries other than the USA and Canada you will not have to pay any service charges also. -
