    Agriculture is one of the most booming course these days. B.Sc (Hons. ) Agriculture is the leading course for this field. After your 12th you can go with this course. Agriculture is a primary source of livelihood for the majority of Indians. Thus, generally it remains the last priority among students choosing a career option. Which is a very wrong assumption. Agricultural graduates have wide scope of career in public sector and private sector. In fact entrepreneurship is a great opportunity to pursue your prospective career in agricultural field.     Dear Vishal, Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Science stream (class 12th) with physics, chemistry and maths/biology/agriculture as the subjects can opt for Bachelors degree as B.Sc. Agriculture Science. The career scope for students of B.Sc. Agriculture is quite ample these days. With the required qualification in addition to the sufficient wok experience, it is possible for aspirants to get good jobs.     Eligibility for B.Sc. in Agriculture
    Interested aspirants for the course are required to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
    Completion of Intermediate (12 years of school education) in Science streamPhysics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics as the subjects of study
    Apart from this, candidates possessing Intermediate in Agriculture stream (limited states) are also eligible to apply. Depending on the university, the eligibility varies in terms of a combination of subjects. Eligibility criteria also varies for reserved categories as per the reservation guidelines of GOI.

    The most significant thing which should be emphasized is that LPU is the first private university which has been approved by ICAR. I along with my cousins had visited the fields, labs.
