No formal training is required in Radio Jockeying since it is a talent based field. To develop confidence and flare in this field, one needs to have exposure. RJ hunts or talent search are often conducted by FM channels to bring out original unique talent. You can join specific radio jockey related course or pursue B.J. M. C. or M.J. M. C. course for radio. You must have good communication skills, command on your regional language and updated with Current Affairs and how to entertain your audience. Check for the college or institute who provide course related to radio like NIMCJ, Seamedu and much more.
