The lowest fees engineering college in India are IITs and NITs.
You can consider the below mentioned colleges:
1. MNIT – Allahabad.
2. College of Engineering – Pune.
3. Delhi College of Engineering.
4. Netaji Shubhash Chandra University – Delhi.
5. College of Technology – Pantnagar.
