There are different B-Schools in Delhi offering PGDBM programmes. But be sure to find out about the infrastructure, course content, and most importantly placements. You can try at WLCI since it has a very good reputation for offering traineeship and placements. They are also offering a 100% scholars

I thought you are asking for Best B-School in Delhi, than i suggest you BIMTECH, FMS, NILM CMS and if you want to prefer for Roorkee than you can also look for Quantum School of Business
