I think Arihant 38 year's book individually for PCM is very good for practicing and to understand the pattern of IIT JEE. The book contains previous year question papers of IIT JEE.

You may also opt for Cengage publications books, Arihant books, coaching notes of Allen Institute and Tata Mc Graw Hill books.
