The most valuable books for preparations of NEET are NCERT books. Once you are clear with these, you can use the following standard reference books or practice from these books after covering a lesson:
Physics_concepts of physics by H.C.Verma.
Chemistry_pradeep publications volume 1 & 2 of each Theory and objective book.
Biology_trueman's objective volume 1 & 2.
