You should go through NCERT books for the same. Nothing would come outside NCERT's syllabus. Revise all the portions of class 11th and 12th to get good results in VITEEE.

NCERT and SL Arora for physics. RS Aggarwal and NCERT for maths
Chemistry- NCERT and Arihant books.
