See, the best book is NCERT but for practice and to increase the speed of solving the answers, you can opt for some other books that are having approximately 90% as questions.

There is no single book that can guarantee success, here are some recommended books that cover the topics usually tested in JEE Advanced:
Physics:

Chemistry:
