    Maths- RD Sharma and RS Aggarwal
    Physics- SL Arora
    Chemistry-NCERT and OP Tandon.

    Be in touch with the syllabus of the IIT entrance exam, and prepare subjects accordingly. You can also have IIT coachings or their study materials of any reputed coaching institute.
