The best books to prepare for IIT-JEE exam are-
Maths- RD Sharma and RS Aggarwal
Physics- SL Arora
Chemistry-NCERT and OP Tandon.

Be in touch with the syllabus of the IIT entrance exam, and prepare subjects accordingly.... You can also have IIT coachings or their study materials of any reputed coaching institute..

in coaching study pacakage, You get seperate sheet for each subject that has some theory followed by ques.. which can be beneficial... for more details you can refer to books mentioned in them
