The best books for BA LLB Honors 1-year are:
1. Law of Torts by RK Bangia or in case you are comfortable reading a slightly complicated book go for Law of Torts by Ratanlal and Dhirajlal, commonly called R&D.
2. Law of Contracts- A commentary by Polluck and Mullah is advisable or a viable option
