Which are the best career options after BAMS to have a secure and bright future with good pay?

I'm a medical aspirant and have been trying my best for MBBS but its seems as all the efforts are just worthless. So, I have decide to go for BAMS. Will it be a good option? and then after pursuing BAMS, which should be better to opt clinical research or MBA after BAMS.

If you are choosing BAMS, clinical research is a better option. You can go abroad and have a great career over there, as Ayurveda is earning great respect in western countries.
