For MBA in marketing you should go for digital marketing:
Hubspot propose a good inbound certification: HubSpot - Inbound marketing and sales software.
Salesforce has a great one as well with Pardot B2B Marketing Automation by Salesforce.
Bing ads certification - Bing
Google AdWords certifi
