The best coaching centres for IAS in Kolkata are: 1. Vinson IAS 2. APTI PLUS 3. RICE 4. Impulse institute 5. TICS I personally found that the Vinson ias is the best coaching centres for IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS in kolkata. The faculties are very expierienced and study materials provided by them are also very useful. Mock tests conducted by the institute are also up to the level of UPSC exams.

I am not sure about the institutes but the best coaching for IAS is in Delhi. Do research on it and choose the one you feel suitable for you. Few of them are chanakya IAS Academy, rau's upsc/IAS Academy, the analytics, the classic IAS Academy. Hope this will help you.
