    Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) to offer admissions to interested candidates in various undergraduate as well as professional courses offered by different colleges in the state of Karnataka. First of all, there are no special or specific coaching institutes for the preparation of KCET but if you are preparing for the JEE exam then you are automatically preparing for the KCET exam.     The Karnataka Education Authority conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test for admissions in various engineering institutes of Karnataka. There are not separate coaching classes for KCET but one should prefer the JEE coaching institute as your KCET syllabus will be covered under that. Most renowned coaching institutes available for the preparation are Allen (which is the largest JEE education provider in India and constantly producing top results in various entrance examination).     Here is the list of top coaching institutes for preparation of KCET. The syllabus is same as of JEE Mains and KCET so the coaching institutes are also same for both KCET and JEE Mains.

In 2025, the closing ranks ranged between 36709 and 55398 in General category, therefore candidates with a lower cutoff rank of 29000 are more likely to secure a seat at CMR University for BTech course. However, final admission also depends on minimum eligibility, seat availability in a particular round, etc.

 Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) results have been announced for all BE/BTech specialisations for the General AI category. As per the KCET Cutoff 2025, the cutoff ranged from 234 to 15717.5 in the first and the last round closing ranks. The hardest specialisation for admission proved to be B.E. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the last round closing cutoff with 742 as the qualifying rank.

MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences KCET Cutoff 2025 has been released for all categories for admission to various BTech course specialisations. For the General AI categories candidates, the KCET Cutoff 2025 ranged from 92799 to 11215 in the last round closing ranks. The toughest specialisation was B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering with a cutoff of 11215 in the last round. For more details, click here

NMIT Bangalore KCET Cutoff 2024 has been released for all rounds and categories for students belonging in the AI and HS quota. As per the KCET Cutoff 2024, the closing ranks ranged between 9819 in the first round and 12227 in the last round for the General AI category candidates. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff fell in the ranges of 9818 and 1227, same as for the General AI students. For more information, click here
