I would suggest joining coaching for JEE as it is more than enough for UPSEE. Aim for IITs, NITs, BITS and other CFTIs.
Self-Study is the most important aspect which no one can deny, but coaching certainly gives an edge. Good coaching always give ample time to do self-study. Over the years the number of coaching for JEE has grown and each of them claims to be the best, so JEE aspirants seem to be confused of which coaching to take which will be best for them. There are no coaching institutes providing separate coaching for UPSEE. However, some local coaching institutes provide UPSEE coaching. I will suggest you not to join them. You will waste your money as well as time. Join any good coaching institute for JEE and solve previous year's papers of UPSEE. There is no need to prepare for UPSEE separately. Syllabus for both the exams is almost similar. If you have prepared for JEE then UPSEE is not a hard nut to crack.
