Which are the best college affiliated to UPSEE for enginering?
I am looking for colleges with fees less than Rs100000.

Ravi look for some good govt.college. If placement is required than apply in some good private university like Sharda, Lovely, Mullana etc. Most of them honour UPSEE ranks.
