Which are the best colleges and universities in INdia to offer PhD?
I want to pursue Ph.D after completion of my Master. I am aware for few reputed colleges/universities/institutes like IIMs, IBS Hyderabad and MDI Gurgaon. I want to go for regular program only. Hence please advise me accordingly. Thanks.

what is our educational back ground? based on ur requirement try to draft a small research proposal and get the synopsis evaluated by the faculties of ur college. then take it for univs.
