Hello,
I'll suggest you talk to someone who has done animation course in your area. You can do it from MAAC which is the best of all. They will teach you from beginner to Pro level designing, editing, graphics, 3D, etc., skills.

Tere are so many institutes in delhi ncr where you can do Diploma courses but as you want a degree from a college then
You can join AAFT as best college for animation where you can do 2D, 3d, gaming, graphics all in one degree course.
