    Some of the best avionics colleges in India-
    1. Hindustan UniversityChennai, Tamil Nadu
    2. Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
    3. Shobhit University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
    4. Universtiy of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) Dehradun, Uttarakhand
    Some IITs also offer aeronautics course.
    These are best in Avionics branch. IIST is best and ranked no. 1 among these institutes.     Considered to be an integral part of aeronautical engineering, avionics engineering has been launched as its own B.Tech programme in the recent past, and is one of the fastest developing streams in the industry. It involves a study of electronics, aviation and electrical systems.
