Which are the best colleges for B.Tech having low fee but good placements? What is the min. rank that I need to get admission there?

For that you have to work hard. Some good colleges with good placements and low fee structure are COT Pantnagar, MMU Gorakhpur and GBPEC Uttarakhand.
