Can you mention the state or City? So that I'll give you the list of best college with respect to those places. Since, every state conducts Common Entrance Exams to give admission to B.Tech for any college in India. Other way of getting admissions is through management quota, where you've no need to write CET, just qualify +2.

    Hello Vibhu Sharma,
These days almost all admissions to engineering colleges are done through one or the other CET's. These are conducted by different state Government, NTA deemed to be universities etc. Only notable exception is the state of Tamil Nadu where admissions are based on marks obtained in 12th. But you need to be domicile of this state to seek admission. The only other possible way to get admission without any sort of exam is by way of management quota. But here there is no limit or openness about the fees charged. If you are willing to pay astronomical fees then only think of this option. Best wishes to you.
