Hi, Central Tool room and Testing Center (CTTC) would be my first choice.
This is a government organisation under the Ministry of MSME (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises), with world class facilities. The learning process is interactive and you will actually make/produce things which you design.
The placement record is very good too.
Further, I would recommend National Employment Enhancement Mission. 100% placement assistance, practical approach, and conceptual learning help students in getting employment in various industries.

These institutions provide accommodate facility also on nominal charges, Even some of these institutions also helps in placements after completion of courses.
